The National Center for the Performing Arts is played in a special ethnic concert by the High School Affiliated to Tsinghua University

On the afternoon of May 19, the special ethnic concert "Sketch of Tsinghua High School -- JING: A Song Dedicated to the Centennial Alma Mater" was held in the Concert Hall of the National Center for the Performing Arts。

Tsinghua University Art Education Center Director Zhao Hong, Tsinghua University High School President Wang Dianjun, Vice president Du Yuzhen, Zhao Hongyan, Deputy Party Secretary Zhang Jie,More than 1,800 people, including experts from China Musicians Association, experts from Beijing Musicians Association, leaders of Haidian Youth Activity Center and old alumni of the Affiliated High School, retired faculty and staff, junior 14 students of the Affiliated High School, teachers and students from Tsinghua Shangdi Branch, Jingyu Hope Primary School and Mentougou Chengzi Primary School, attended the concert。

At the beginning of the concert, under the direction of Mr. Hu Jun, director of the Office of Jinfan Chinese Orchestra of Tsinghua High School Attached to the Orchestra, the orchestra first performed the famous folk percussion song "Dragon Leaps and Tiger Leaps", which was warm and bright and fit the theme of the conference.。After that, the audience was presented with Yao Dance Music, known as "the classic Chinese music of the 20th century". The audience had a strong resonance with this piece, and many people were gently tapping along with the music。

The third piece presented by the orchestra to the audience is the Chardash Dance Music composed by Italian composer Monti and adapted by teacher Hu Jun.。This is a unique combination of Chinese and Western music work, by the smallest string instrument in the Chinese national band, Gao Hu, and the largest string instrument in the western band, double bass, played together。The work is more difficult, requiring the soloist to have superb playing skills and rich experience in the band, while requiring the band to have the ability to adapt flexibly。In a live concert performance,The two former student leaders of the orchestra, both Gao Hu player Deng Chaolun and double bass player Hu Yan, were admitted to the Central Conservatory of Music, China's top music institution, with excellent results,Act confident, calm, and passionate,It perfectly shows the graceful and soft beauty of Gao Hu and the rich and broad bass,Won a long and warm applause from the audience,And several curtain calls,It brought the concert to a little climax。

After that, Mr. Hu Jun conducted the orchestra and cooperated with Ms. Zhu Jie from the Central Opera House and Ms. Zhang Yan from the China Opera and Dance Theater to complete the domestic premiere of the repertoire "The soil of Diaoyu Islands is the soil of my ancestors.。The work was created by teacher Hu Jun on September 11, 2012, and premiered at the San Francisco Art Palace on February 16, 2013, and won the Outstanding Work Award of the Third International Arts Festival in the United States。

The theme song of the concert "Sketch of Tsinghua High School -- JING" is a national symphony choral work made by Mr. Hu Jun especially for the centennial anniversary of Tsinghua High School。The music is composed of four sub-songs, "Quiet", "Respect", "Pure" and "Competition", which respectively praise the elegant beauty of the campus, the dedication and enterprise of the teachers, the hard work of the students and the fighting spirit of all the affiliated High School。The tune of "Respect" comes from the song "Teacher" composed by Hu Jun for the first Teachers' Day in 1985,The Diligent Gardener;The melody part of "Competition" is from the "March of Tsinghua High School Attached" composed by teacher Hu Jun in 2009.,This piece won the "2014 Taipei International Chinese Music Chamber Music Competition" excellent works award。At the end of the music, accompanied by the entire orchestra and chorus members, "I wish our Tsinghua Affiliated High School, the new century further, dare to be the first in the world, forever NO.1 "recital, the atmosphere reached a climax。

At the end of the concert, Mr. Chen Ke conducted the Jinfan Chinese Orchestra of the High School Attached to Tsinghua University, and presented the audience with two folk music works of "Dance of Youth" and "Dragon Yao Oriental", each with its own style, showing the elegance of contemporary folk music。

The concert was organized by the Ministry of Education of Art Popularization of the National Grand Theatre and the High School Attached to Tsinghua University, and co-organized by the Office of Jinfan Chinese Orchestra of the High School Attached to Tsinghua University and the Celebration Office of the High School Attached to Tsinghua University. The concert aims to popularize the knowledge of music appreciation, promote the traditional culture and celebrate the centennial anniversary of the High School Attached to Tsinghua University。

The Chinese Orchestra of the High School Affiliated to Tsinghua University was founded in 2002. After 13 years of development, with the encouragement and help of leaders and experts from all walks of life and at all levels, it has now become a semi-professional student Chinese orchestra with complete vocal structure, its own performance style and nearly 30 self-written works。The orchestra is headed by President Wang Dianjun;Vice President Du Yuzhen served as deputy head of the school;Mr. Hu Jun is the office director, composer and executive conductor of the orchestra.Mr. Chen Ke is the conductor and director of the orchestra.At the same time, 18 folk music experts such as Zhang Dashen, Deng Jiandong, Hua Xiaorong and Wang Jin were hired to guide the work。

The teachers and students of the orchestra have great love for the culture of national music,秉承毛泽东同志“延安文艺座谈会讲话”精神,Follow Tsinghua University's academic philosophy of "self-improvement, moral commitment",To "inherit traditional music culture,Guide the national cultural orientation "as their own responsibility,Train hard, perform actively,Serve the public,Spread culture。In the school, it has become a seed drill for traditional national music knowledge, and in the school, it has become a propaganda team to promote traditional Chinese culture."。Since its establishment, the Orchestra has traveled nearly 80,000 kilometers to Asia, the Americas, Europe and Oceania, and organized more than 110 visits, special performances, sympathy and community performances, showcasing China's excellent traditional music culture to nearly 100,000 Chinese and foreign audiences。
